Governing Documents of the PAC

In the absence of bylaws, all decisions are made by the unanimous agreement of the Board of Directors on matters of adding members to the Board, related to the expenditure of PAC funds or the establishment of PAC policy.  As the PAC grows and we expand the Board, we anticipate one day developing bylaws to govern our work together.
